Global Forecasters, Ltd. was born as a spin-off from CIEMAT in partnership with the Scientific Park of Madrid. Its main goal is to apply the results from the most innovative research on power prediction, contributing to the development of the Renewable Energy, mainly the Wind Energy.
It must be held in mind that the main drawback when dealing with wind energy is the random character of the wind. It can not be regulated. Thus, our aim is to make reliable forecasts which permit an improvement for the power management.
